Terms of Service

These terms apply to the BeachGo app, website and related services. By using BeachGo, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

BeachGo is operated by ReflowDigital LTD. Contact hello@beachgo.co.uk.

2. Using BeachGo

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Verified account status may be required for contributions.

3. Prohibited use

• Do not submit deliberately false busyness reports, hazards or corrections.
• Do not harass people, expose personal information or promote unlawful activity.
• Do not scrape the service at scale, bypass security or interfere with availability.

4. Community content

You retain ownership of your submissions and grant BeachGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, moderate, aggregate and display them to operate the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms or the Community Guidelines.

5. Beach information is best-effort

Do not rely on BeachGo for safety-critical decisions. Data can be missing, outdated or incorrect. Weather, tides, water conditions, access, traffic, lifeguard cover and hazards can change. Check official sources, RNLI information, local signs and emergency advice.

6. Parking, businesses and external links

A recorded car park, café, business or external link is not an endorsement or guarantee of opening, availability, price or suitability. Verify details with the operator.

7. Intellectual property

BeachGo branding, software, editorial text and curation are protected. Underlying public-source data remains subject to its own rights and licences.

8. Availability and liability

BeachGo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or applicable consumer rights.

9. Account suspension and deletion

We may restrict accounts that abuse contribution tools or breach these terms. In-app account deletion is available for signed-in users; contact support if it fails.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules.
